Boycott State Bike Co

I've had my State bike (Vice 2.0) since August of 2014 and I've had loads of issues. I've had my bike in their warehouse shop maybe 3 times for wheel issues (15+ flats in a month) and most recently had the clamp part of the seat post completely snap while biking. Receiving help from and talking to the employees at the shop is like speaking to a wall, no personality and no interest is present in that front office. Save your time and money on these overpriced and underperforming bicycles and take your business elsewhere.

Seat Post

I ordered a seat post for my bicycle and kudos to the State Bicycle Co because they noticed that I ordered the wrong diameter post for my bike. They verified with me and fixed the order before it became a nightmare! This is the kind of service that creates lifetime costumers!
The post fits perfect and I’m back riding again.

Seat post and clamp world tour

I have been very pleased with State Bicycle Co. and your response to the world tour of my seat post and clamp. My parts left Arizona and the USPS center there on Aug. 29 and were delivered to a USPS Regional Facility in Guam on Sept. 1. From there it went to Honolulu, arriving on Sept. 5 and was put in transit to the next facility on Sept. 9. The parts arrived at the USPS Metro NY Distribution Center on Sept. 12 and are currently “in transit to the destination,” I appreciate SBC refunding the shipping costs and the kind offer to send replacement parts. I still have hope that the original parts will arrive in Alabama soon.

Great post Great price

I needed a 27.2 silver seatpost for a retro build. I looked high and low for the perfect post and finally found the State one. It not only looks great with the simple double bolts hidden underneath, but the post is machined well and is quite light. Price was very fair. Can't go wrong with this post.

White seat post

I needed a white seat post for a BMX build. SBC was the only one I could find, I was not familiar with the brand (for parts anyway) and was quite pleased with the quality once it arrived and was installed. Very well made and nicely powder-coated. Great pricing. Nothing bad to say!

Nice looking but mine arrived faulty

One of the seat clamps screw holes was not machined correctly, resulting in a stripped tool and way too much elbow grease required to end up with an essentially fused-on seat.

Looks great and works perfectly

Bought it for my matte black State Bike and it looks amazing. As usual, State delivers quality parts that work great and look even better.
