Nice bike, warranty sucks.

The bike seems really nice so far. Unfortunately, the warranty is horrendous. I cannot warrant my bike because I assembled myself, can't even register serial numbers against theft. I am a retired ASE certified Medium and heavy truck tech that served in USN as a flight deck technician servicing military aircraft. I am not only qualified to assemble a bicycle, I feel I may be a bit overqualified. In short, the warranty issue seems like a violation of many regional and federal right to repair statutes and collusion.

Core Line Redwood.

I have priced bikes out for a good couple of months now and after much deliberation and hem hawing purchased the Redwood edition to States Core lineup.

As soon as I placed my order I got a confirmation email that my order was being processed for shipping. I admit I was skeptical at all about doing this. Yet the emails gave me a tracking number and I was able to quickly sync that with Fed Ex.

Now is when it got a little hairy. From day of order confirm to receiving my bike was nine days. It wasn’t good bad and state even honored the shipping discount which saved me a bundle of pizza money. My real only complaint is that Fed Ex was really lagging. Like they were showing me shipping delays which I know can never be good.

As I waited I also watched some videos from others who did reviews of their bikes and got a little worried that I would have issues as well. This was all nerve wracking.

Bike got here and was not mishandled or looked damaged at all. State took the time to make sure it was packaged right and all the components were in the right spots. It looked factory packed because I have done this work in the past. The bike looks super sharp and clean. I love the subtle frame coloring against the black matte of bar seat post and crankset. Yes I would recommend this company for those who are looking for a fun bike to ride that looks stylish but subtle!!!

A real beauty

Purchased this steed for my wife's birthday. I was already a core-line fan with a Pigeon. She loves the new ride, and it is detailed nicely. The high contrast paint and accent colors are a real head turner. And it is supporting the National Parks, its a win-win.

Enjoying every ride!

I LOVE this bike! Never have I ever owned a bike (in my adulthood) that makes me want to bicycle daily, and even look forward for more! There’s something in this bike’s simple, no-frills and no-gimmicks essence that just makes you appreciate the joy of bicycling, exactly for what it is. Besides, who ever said you needed a fancy ride in order to have nice a trip?

Core Line - National Park Redwood

Great bikes! I originally purchased the army green 4130 with low pro’s and bought this as a second bike. Ended up swapping the fork and prefer the redwood edition!
My wife daily commutes the core line wulf and loves it!

Perfect

Was looking for an everyday around the city bike and that is exactly what I got. Had my local bike shop assemble it and get me set up to ride. I usually ride road bikes but wanted a change and I am very happy with my purchase. I am a tree hugger and nature lover so the national park theme was a perfect fit! This is my first State bike but will definitely not be my last.
