Buying my last 3 bikes from y’all was great. Bought one, got stolen just as I made it my one. In haste I ordered the wrong size on my new better bike, not being able to return it since it was no longer brand new, y’all did help me out and breakn off a discount code on my proper size frame so I can sell it without losing too much $$$$. Probably none! Emails from service dept always were quickly replies and friendly. And icing on the cake, I got a solid DAAAAAAANNNNNGGGG!!! From some cyclists as I was locking up outside a store today. Black Label II looks great, and is smooth and fast as fuck. Súper chingon

I think the bike is a great value for the price, Im disappointed the the frame I received looks different from the ones pictured in that where the top tube and the down tube meet on the head tube is gap way differently then in the pictures. I understand size differences but honestly had I known the bike was going to look like this I wouldn't have ordered it. The appearance in all the photos online is sleek and streamlined but in actuality my frame looks ratchet goofy and un-proportionate. I have owned bikes in the past where the tie difference and geometry of the frame was accounted for and the bike maintained the same look throughout. My only regret is by the time I spend the box and pulled the bike out my window for return was closed. Bummer -Max

This frame is very awesome, it has very good design and many color to choose from. I recommend this frame if you want to look trending and cool at the same time.

This frame set was exactly what I was looking for. After slowly building up a cheap fixed gear, component by component it was time to place them on a new frame. This frame set is perfectly priced, above cheap beginner frames and the value is incredible. The aluminum frame is surprisingly comfortable for an aluminum track frame and is much stiffer than any chromoly frame I have written. The full carbon fork was perfectly cut for the frame and the fork plus the tapered head tube make the front end considerable stiffer. The army green is almost greyish in person and the decals are perfectly understated. I was able to get a 32c tire in the rear with plenty of clearance. Making it perfectly comfortable for everyday use. There is room in the front fork for a 32c tire if you are riding brakeless or you have a large enough brake caliper. Overall this frame set was an amazing bang for your buck. Priced perfectly, delivers great performance without sacrificing comfort. Through some 28c tires on there, a strong crank, and this becomes a street eating machine.

Bike shipped without headset, you guys took care of it and sent it out quick, under packaging protection were a few scratches and nicks in frame

My Army Green Black Label frameset arrived in perfect condition. It’s not completely built yet, this will be a one of a kind setup built specifically for the Mount Washington Bicycle Hill climb in New Hampshire. I was sold on State viewing YouTube reviews and watching their bike climb videos. The prompt customer service response sealed it. Thank you

Finished my build with the Black Label V2 frame set this week and it's proving to be an awesome bike! Very light weight and so much more fun to ride than my last setup!

Really like this frame! It's my first custom build so it's great to have headset assembly ready to go with any standard 40mm stack height stem. Still waiting for crankset to arrive and be installed, but I can't wait!
