I feel like Aqua Girl!

I love, love, love my new bike. This is my second State Bicycle and first single-speed bike. I thought it was going to be a bit of an adjustment keeping up with my bike group on their fast ultra-expensive bikes but Ied the pack. Not only is the Delphin smooth on the road, but she's also pretty damn cute. The color, design and it's super lightweight. You should buy, buy, buy! Have fun riding sleek and cool!

Quality Control needs to improve!

Purchased this bicycle for my girlfriend to surprise her for her birthday and unfortunately, Q.C. ruined the surprise..... Upon opening and assembling the bicycle in my buddies bicycle shop, the color and finish is really nice BUT it was missing the front bar tape and front brakes. Unable to complete and give on the day of her birthday (which really bothered me.) Not to mention, I was a die hard supporter of the brand for the past +7 years from purchasing a used state chromoly set to purchasing 3 brand new bicycles from this site. First purchase was a Black Label V1 frameset, with a dented top tube and a scuffed fork(did not bring it to there attention because essentially the bike was rideable and its going to see some abuse), later on I purchased a complete Black Label V2 (had the package left on the side walk according to FedEx, therefore got stolen, State replaced it BUT the rear triangle and drop outs were not straight and the finish of the paint was bad, looked like it was rattle can paint; they went to the lengths of replacing an entire bicycle, the last thing I wanted to do was is complain about the bicycle and ended up selling it), and finally this last bicycle came in good BUT with missing components. In there defense, they were good to send missing parts but I think this will be my last purchase from them. I KEEP getting let down with quality control and I've given them the benefit of the doubt to make it right but after numerous purchases, I'm done. I'm no longer going to recommend this brand unless I include the possible caveat the buyer may experience. Essentially, it ALL comes down to quality control and they know this because many customers have experienced paint flaws, frames not straight and missing parts in packages. I needed to voice my concern now after many years.

Solid bike!

I had to wait weeks to get it because of the back order but it was worth it! Fits perfect. I’m 5’4 and I got the 50cm. Bike feels solid and the color happens to be my favorite. Just a great looking bike. My first bike since I was 7. Happy to own it

Dope.

Dope bike. For $300 it's not flawless but I don't expect it to be. A brake handle arrived cracked but State replaced it without batting an eye. I get nothing but compliments about the bike and it's a pleasure to ride. The chain tension isn't quite uniform as it rotates, probably due to a slighty out of spec part but, again, I paid $300 for the bike, and I don't expect a totally flawless machine. What I expect is a bike that is enjoyable to ride, mechanically sound, and looks sharp. And that's exactly what I got.

Great but a tad heavy

Awesome bike, if I'd known it was going to run a tad heavy I might have forked out some extra cash for a higher end model. Overall super stoked and amazing price point 👍👍 two thumbs up.

LOVE THIS BIKE

We bought this, and the Rigby for our 12 and 14 year old daughters for Christmas this year and we LOVE THEM. So do our girls. They were easy to assemble and are so light and durable, the girls strap their skateboards on their backs and bike all around our village. We are buying your bikes for us next!

Great Bike

It's a great bike. I set it up as fixed gear at first but I didn't like the continuous movement of the pedals. So I took it back to my local bike shop switched the hub to freewheel. The right is smooth and comfortable.
There was a little dent on the inside of the frame but it's minor. You can't see it. Another thing that sucks is the shipping to Hawaii. Super expensive but it was worth it. However, you guys have great customer service. I want to thank again Zackariah Shone for helping me change my order from the Pigeon to the Delfin after I sent an email to change the models. Overall great bike!
