Great bike, great service

I received the bike and the packaging was a touch messed up on the rear drivetrain side. Turns out the derailleur hanger and the rival axs rear derailleur was chipped in multiple spots. I reached out to state explaining the issue with pictures and they sent me a new rear derailleur and hanger with a return shipping label for the defective right away. Great customer service, they were very fast.

Now for the bike. I had intentions of swapping the SRAM axs groupset and everything over to a different bike. However, I think I’m going to keep this one around instead. The black paint is gorgeous and sparkles in the sun like no other. The wrapping of the bars was sub par but other than that the bike needed only minor caliper adjustments after I got the new rear derailleur installed. The pedals they come with are garbage but if you’re spending 2k on a bicycle you’re going to buy better pedals regardless. So far I’ve got around 50 miles in 2 days of city riding on this bike and as a mechanic I really am loving how smooth and practical the ride/bike is. The mounts on the fork are ridiculous, in a good way. There’s so many options. The wheelset is a touch heavy, however I have no complaints on them and seem built well enough. The saddle is a bit wonky in my opinion, it hasn’t been uncomfortable for me but I have yet to get a good 50+ mile ride yet. The groupset and paint are really what make this bike shine. One thing to check would be the cranks because they were loose out of the box.

Great bike...better value!

Just picked up my All-Road XPLR AXS from my LBS. They could not believe that I got the bike for $2K. I quote, "that build and that ride for $2,000? How can they do that?" I converted the wheels to tubeless and installed "road" tires. Only got to take a short ride but so far the bike exceeds my expectations by a wide margin.

Great deal!

Such a cool bike! I bought this for my partner and it’s perfect. The sizing was just right, the paint is amazing, and the build kit is rad. I immediately changed out the bars, stem, and seat…but ended up with a crazy cool bike for the money. Great customer service (via email) and would recommend this bike to anyone looking for something super fricken sweet.

Pretty great for the price!

Overall nice bike. I really bought it because of the build kit. For that price it's an amazing deal. A Rival xlpr kit is around 1500 alone. The Bike was 2000. So it's a total score.
Overall the bike is build pretty well, some parts are lacking but no complaining at that price. Overall 9/10 bike! Great on trails with the 650 wheel set

Awesome Bike!

I bought this bike after looking into a lot of different options. This is an awesome value for price. My first time with electronic shifting, not a personal must but it is extremely convenient, easy to adjust and very smooth!
Great all around bike for comfortable riding on paths and beat up roads, especially with 650b.
Plus the paint job is very nice and original!
I recommend it!

Pretty Impressed

Out the gate enjoying the the all road, love having a sturdy steel bike that comes with some options and can fit some thick boi tires or go a bit thinner if needed.

I opted to get the carbon fork, I didnt realize I would get both the steel fork and the carbon fork, which is a nice option if I decide to change it out.

Also went with the AXS group set, which I am really liking.
Less of a fan of the tubeless kit that came with it, some odd sealant & tape that came with it.

I got a ton of creaking coming from the headset, which I will mess with. But all in all I added some wider bars and tires on this bad boy and hit some single track with a ton of fun. I would recommend.

Components are good

Components are good, everything functions properly. The frames is not the highest quality, but I don’t expect much from this price category of bike.
