Budget AXS Bike With A Higher Price Feel

Gotta be honest, saw "SRAM XPLR AXS bikes under $2k" online, proceeded to do a spit take, then throw my wallet at my laptop screen. Glad I did. Bike is a pleasant surprise. Steel frame with 2.1 tubeless tires (not stock) really smooth out your ride and this SRAM group is one of the smoothest shifting I've ever used. After some ZIPP-ification and Wolf Tooth bits, bike weighs exactly 26lbs. Not bad. I only deducted a star because of a mis-weld on the seat tube bottle cage mount. Brought that to the attention of State and customer service made things right with some store credit. Lastly, word to the wise, THE 27.5/650b MODELS DO NOT COME WITH TUBELESS CAPABLE TIRES. In my excitement, I didn't read the fine print, but they do say this after the description as well. So, in closing, if you're looking for a budget friendly ride, you like steel, and you have to have the newest in wireless shifting, buy this bike! There's truly nothing else quite like it on the market right now!

Great bike. Was a a little worried about frame quality just with the price point but no complaints here! 1x12 e tap is glorious!! Don’t like the stock seat but that’s more personal preference. Can’t wait to keep grinding out miles!
