Touch of Grey

I ordered the black saddle with dancing bears. Definitely more comfortable than the stock saddle that was on my State Bicycle and ordered it for the novelty aspect, that I'm a Deadhead, and want to show support for a local company. Only reason it got 4 stars and not 5 is from only 2 rides on it the black is fading to a grey color. So I would imagine the more I ride the more the black color will appear to "wear" off. I have other bikes i ride daily and the saddle colors have stayed the same hue. So not sure how these are produced or manufactured, but fact is the color is fading after only 2 rides. The actual graphic of the bears and "State Stealie" logo are fine. So I'm honestly not upset and the saddle does look sharp and gives my all matte black bike a tiny pop of color. Still think its dope and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. "Every silver linings got a touch of grey" Peace!

Steal your Face Klunker

Great bike as is, but the "extra" in me switched out the stem, bars, seatpost, saddle, tires and pedals. But I love the ride height and all the stylings. The 2 tone frame is great, the frame Dead logos are are a nice touch. The klunker has a unique accessory, the bottle opener. Perfect for those Pub runs or taking a sixer to the park on a sunny afternoon. The addition of hookworm slicks makes this the perfect street machine.

Too damn fresh to put my butt on it.

I bought this saddle for a BMX cruiser that I still crush pump tracks on but after I opened the box, I quickly decided that riding it would be a mistake. I hung that bad boy up in the shop. Just a great piece and a shout out to my youth when I was racing for real and jamming to the Grateful Dead post race day. Thanks so much. Pretty rad saddle. Do me a favor and send me a code, I still need a new saddle for that pump track bike.

Cool update to the bike....

The saddle is very well made, the art is awesome and will make a great addition to my Cinelli. Price was just right, shipping was quick, high quality product.

Rather Uncomfortable

I have only bought accessories/apparel through SBC so this was my first “real” item for my bike. I truly was expecting something more cushiony. I was in need of a new saddle as mine became shredded with an accident. I probably would not recommend this or any similar styles due to its lack of comfort.

Looks great, a little stiff, needs some breaking in.
