However, that does not make the The Simpsons x State Bicycle Co. Limited Edition Accessories, a collaboration between State and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products (FCP) and The Simpsons, any less desirable.
Arizona-based State Bicycle Co, best known for producing high quality bikes and related accessories, is introducing a limited-edition The Simpsons Donut-Themed accessory line from State’s iconic collaboration with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and “The Simpsons.”

State hit the nail on the head with this one. The interview is perfect in that it’s not in the “pro realm” whatsoever. The groomed responses we’re all familiar with when it comes to pro cyclists aren’t anywhere to be found here. Very refreshing. I’ve been threatening to do an interview series like this, with a different focus, but it was interesting to see how State shot this. I, however, will not have a follow car.

There aren’t many TV shows that cross age gaps, continents and political borders like The Simpsons – it is arguably one of the most important pieces of popular culture and for that reason it should be celebrated.

At first glance, this appears to be simple single-speed bike with a Tour de France-esque yellow paint job. But upon closer inspection you see that the steel frame features line drawings of characters from The Simpsons. Founded by three hardcore cyclists in 2009, Arizona’s State Bicycle Co. launched with a straightforward goal: to give passionate riders a premium fixed gear/single speed bike at an affordable rate. Here we are just under a decade later and the brand is definitely making good on its mission.
State Bicycle Co.’s backpack is decked out in sprinkle-covered donuts, just like the one Homer snarfs down. The weatherproof Cordura bag offers an expandable roll-top, a reflective front panel, and pockets for a water bottle, a bicycle U-lock, and a padded one for a laptop.
