General Shipping Policy
Most in-stock items ordered by 2PM Pacific Time ship the same business day! Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped from our warehouse to you, as quickly as logistically possible.
At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address we will ship your order to and select the destination country for shipment. The cost of shipment will be calculated based on this information. Soon after we have received your order and after it has been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. From there, it's just a short wait before your bike and/or gear will be in your hands.
For residential addresses, FedEx delivers Tuesday - Saturday. For business addresses, FedEx delivers Monday - Friday. Exceptions include holidays and any weekend business closures. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products, or International orders (which typically dispatch on one pre-set day per week).

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for Free Shipping within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.R. may require additional surcharges which will be calculated at checkout.
Canada & International Orders
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, and any other import fees established by your local government. These are not included in the cost of shipping calculated at checkout so please be aware of your local customs for an estimation of those costs. Any additional costs associated with your country's customs policy are non-refundable and refusing shipment due to these fees will be at the customer's expense (including all original shipping charges).
U.K. & E.U. Orders
Visit www.statebicycle.co.uk to order direct from our London hub. Please note that the product offerings may vary from statebicycle.com to statebicycle.co.uk. Please feel free to order direct from either site but know that shipping costs will likely vary between the two. The buyer is responsible for any and all Vat, import taxes, duties, and any other import fees established by your local government.
