HSA & FSA Payments

HSAs and FSAs let customers pay for qualified health expenses with pre-tax dollars.

With Truemed, customers can complete a quick intake and (if appropriate) receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to use HSA/FSA funds on eligible items.

How to Pay (at checkout)

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select Truemed when prompted and complete the 2–3 minute intake.
  3. If approved, Truemed issues an LMN.
  4. Pay with your HSA/FSA card via Truemed, or pay normally and submit your receipt for reimbursement with the LMN.

Compliance Information

Eligibility is individualized and plan-dependent; not all items or use-cases qualify.

An LMN may be required; Truemed facilitates the evaluation.
