General Shipping Policy

Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day! Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped from our warehouse to you, as quickly as logistically possible.

At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address we will ship your order to and select the destination country for shipment. The cost of shipment will be calculated based on this information. Soon after we have received your order and after it has been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. From there, it's just a short wait before your bike and/or gear will be in your hands.

For residential addresses, FedEx delivers Tuesday - Saturday. For business addresses, FedEx delivers Monday - Friday. Exceptions include holidays and any weekend business closures. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products, or International orders (which typically dispatch on one pre-set day per week).

We ship all over the world. Please refer to the brief guide below to determine your country's shipping policy.

U.S. Orders -

We offer FLAT RATE  $49.99-99.99 shipping on complete bicycles*. Other large packages such as wheel sets and frame sets ship have FLAT RATE $25.00 shipping

All other small packages will ship for $12.99 FLAT RATE.

*Large packages excluded. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.R. may require additional surcharges which will be calculated at checkout.

Canada & International Orders
International shipments are easy! Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, and any other import fees established by your local government which will also be calculated at checkout and paid at checkout. State Bicycle Co. will clear customs and submit these fees on the customer's behalf. There are no extra fees once the customer receives the package. It is all paid at the time of the order.
