70 miles of riding; half of which is on dirt and a good amount of which is on difficult trails. They call it the "Flight of the Pigs" and I rode it this past Thanksgiving.

As a child, I used to ride my bike every single day. It was a way for me to escape and feel like I could do whatever I wanted within the confines of my neighborhood. I also grew up with a love for drawing. When I was inside—I was drawing and when I was outside—I was biking.

The weather out here has finally changed and our longtime friend and associate, Cheman Cuan, ventured up north in search of mountain terrain and higher elevation. The great city of Flagstaff, Arizona turned out to be the perfect locale for some quality mountain biking with the boys.

Our very own, Josh Tyrrell, placed fourth in one of the strangest and coolest races going on today: Red Bull's Race the Place @ Toronto’s iconic Ontario Place for a two-wheeled thrill ride through an abandoned amusement park. Josh breaks it down in his race recap.

Lettering artist extraordinaire, Rodney , just wrapped up a round of work for State Bicycle Co.'s Monday Motivation series on Instagram. In this post, Rodney dives into how he began lettering and what motivates him to keep at it, as well as showcasing some of his work commissioned for State Bicycle Co. 

Off the heels of Red Hook Crit Barcelona, State Bicycle Co. rider, Josh Tyrrell, took on the National Moutard Crit in Dijon, France. Josh takes us through his French countryside cycling adventure and recaps his experience competing in the famed Moutard Crit.

There are a multitude of reasons that you should find yourself out on the Cyclocross/CX/Cross course this year. Here are five damn good reasons. 

August 15, 2015: The Wolfpack Hustle held their 3rd annual Civic Center Crit.  This was the second event in the 2015 Unified Title Series. 100+ degree temperatures, two hairpin turns, crashes, and injury all made the crit eventful, to say the least. SBC Riding Team head honcho, Mehdi, breaks down the drama.

On August 1, 2015 -- Roughly 70 brave souls showed up for the 2nd annual Hell Ride, which challenges riders to ascend South Mountain: the longest climb in Phoenix, AZ. Not sure if you're aware but Phoenix is hot. Like, 100 + Fahrenheit hot. Oh and the ride was fixed-gear, too. Riders were tested. Water was hastily consumed. Hell ensued. But Glory was had. 

This edition of Monday Motivation features up & comer, Victoria Reyes, based out of NYC. Victoria takes us through what design means to her and the journey it took to get to designing confidently.
