For orders placed within the USA, State Bicycle Co. is proud to offer Free Exchanges! Please review the below information for details:
There's Something Wrong with my Order:
If you've received your item and something is wrong for the following reasons:
- Damaged in Shipment
- Items Missing / Extra Items / Wrong Items Sent
Within 30 days of delivery, please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label, to info@statebicycle.com Be sure to include your order number and name and our customer service agents will work with you to correct the issue.
Warranty Claims
I Wish To Return My Order:
For an Exchange: Orders placed within the USA are eligible for exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out the form below and we will issue you a return label. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a credit for the full amount of your purchase. Please see rules and exclusions below for full details.
For a Refund: Orders placed within the USA are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out the form below. You will have the option to get a pre-paid label for a flat shipping fee deducted from the refund ($45.00 bikes / $19.99 wheels & framesets / $9.99 other items) or you may elect to arrange shipping yourself. Upon receipt State Bicycle Co. will issue a full-refund less any applicable shipping fees. Please see rules and exclusions below for full details.
Rules and Exclusions:
- All items returned should be in like new condition and in their original packaging.
- Items that are returned damaged due to negligent packaging may be subject to a restocking penalty of up to 25%.
- Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Fees are ineligible for refund
- State Bicycle Co. reserves the right to refuse the return of any items, including but not limited to the following reasons:
-Items is Marked as Final Sale
-Clearance Items
-Promotional Items
-Limited Edition / Limited Run Items

State Bicycle reserves the right to withhold any refund amount if:
- The returned (item(s) or order) is not received by State Bicycle Co.
- An incorrect or different item, not matching those on the RMA, is shipped back.
- State Bicycle is not liable and reserves the right to withhold refund for any orders that are not returned and or lost in transit.

International Orders:
Orders placed outside of the US may be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging within 30 days for store-credit or refund. Customers outside of the US must arrange return shipping. Shipping fees are ineligible for refund
Order Cancellations:
Any orders canceled prior to shipment or returned to State Bicycle Co. due to delivery issues or refusal may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee not to exceed $45 for orders including a complete bikes, or $10 for all other orders.
