State Bicycle Co. x Staple Pigeon “Big BMX” Cruiser
Staple Pigeon was State Bicycle Co.'s partner on the "Big BMX" Cruiser, a 2020 collaboration that was retired on June 1, 2020. It paired a 4130 chromoly frame and fork with 26" 32-spoke wheels, and kept State's fixed-gear roots intact with a flip-flop hub for fixed or freewheel riding. A 175mm three-piece crank with a 32t ring drove a 16t rear cog, steering came through 26"-wide BMX bars with 6" of rise, and a rear U-brake handled stopping. Up top sat a custom printed "Bird Poop" saddle.
