I got this for my wife for Mother’s Day. She left me the next day for Jamaican guy she works with and now I’m losing my house and maybe even my children!! Good thing I’ve got this basket cuz I’ll need it when I need to get grocery’s for just myself after they repossess my car since I can no longer afford payments. On the plus side it is pretty heavy so maybe I can tie it to my leg and jump off a bridge....

I love the look and feel of this basket. But you guys need to work on the instructions packed with the basket. The photocopied fuzzy photos paired with the 4 very different but very similar looking screws written in poorly translated English was pretty useless.

But really... awesome basket!

firstly State has some of the fastest shipping and order processing I have experienced when dealing with online purchases. And I had a great one on one chat via the live chat. I forget who it was exactly I spoke with but he was extremely helpful. Now the rack itself was pretty well built. I do not own a SBco. bike. but was able to finagle mounting the rack to my bike. ( Colossi AL COLOSSIONE) with a little grinding and such. Once I mounted it and tested it out for a few days one of the first things I noticed was how heavy it is. It added about 3 pounds of weight on to my front end. Second was how loud it was. I rode it for about a week before completely dissembling it and putting some old bartape under the boards to dampen the vibrations.That worked pretty well for a bit. I probably rode with the rack for a good month or so before ultimately deciding it was far too heavy and had too many lil things wrong with it like the brake mounting bolt kept coming unscrewed, The cup holder doesn't really work it spills all over and your cup will be bounced out along with what ever you put in the actual basket. I think with some redesigning it could be a really great rack. its cool looking I give it that but functionality isn't really up to par.

The 2 support rods for basket need to be longer to accommodate all sizes for bikes.
I had to custom modify my bike for usage.
Very well made and looks handsome and basket could be a bit larger for men.

Box arrived damaged with hole from protruding hardware. One of the bolts that attaches the wood slats was missing so I had to improvise. It is heavy and the instructions are not great. For the price, I am still satisfied just not thrilled.

It looks great and quality feels good. It is a bit heavy because it’s solid metal. I cut of the bottle thing since it was only in the way.

I first discovered that ultimate bicycle basket on eBay USA and switched then to the sellers website. At the moment the basket is getting prepared to go on a 26" all white retro e-bike ... oh yes, and its heavy! consider an all aluminum version maybe. On the e-bike it doesn't matter but on a fixie?

Cute design but wayyyyy too heavy.

This front basket has a fantastic design and great quality. There is absolutely no rattles or creaks and it looks so good. The price was extremely good.

I feel almost too cool riding around my city that i have to be on the look out for swagger jackers.
