Something Wrong with My Order?
If you received your item and something is wrong:
- Damaged in shipment
- Items missing / extra items / wrong items sent
Within 30 days of delivery, email photos of the item, damaged packaging, and the shipping label to info@statebicycle.com with your order number and name. Our customer service team will work with you to correct the issue.

Base Policy (No Protection Plan)
If you choose not to add Package Protection, our standard policy applies:
Exchanges
- Eligible within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit.
- Send it back using a prepaid label and we will ship your new order FREE.
- Pre-paid label fees below.
Returns for Refund
- Accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The applicable return shipping fee will be charged for a pre-paid label.
- Initial shipping costs to the customer are non-refundable.
Pre-Paid Label Fees
We'll issue the applicable refund once the return is received and inspected.

General Terms & Conditions

Conditions & Exclusions
- Items must be in like-new condition and include original packaging.
- Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items showing damage from poor repacking may incur a restocking fee (up to 25%).
- Certain items are excluded (e.g., final sale, clearance, limited-run).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold refunds if conditions or RMA requirements are not met.
- Orders placed with "Pro-Deals" code and through 3rd Party Sites (Expertvoice, etc.) will be assessed the 25% restocking fee if returned for a refund.
Bundles / Discounted Product Options
- Items purchased as part of a bundle, discounted package, discounted product option, or upgrade package must be returned together in order to receive the full applicable refund.
- This includes, but is not limited to, discounted groupsets, discounted wheels, build kits, wheel upgrades, drivetrain upgrades, and other product options purchased at a reduced price because they were bundled with another item.
- If a customer keeps any item from a bundle or discounted product option, the retained item may be repriced at its standard standalone retail value, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- Bundle or promotional pricing is only valid when the qualifying items are kept together as originally purchased.
Labor & Services
- Pro-Build, assembly, installation, tuning, and other labor or service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
- Labor and service fees are not refundable if the product is later returned, exchanged, or cancelled after the service has been performed.
International orders: RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to shipment or delivery refusals may incur a fee (up to $45 for bikes / $10 for other items).
