A great replacement for the knobby tires that comes with the State 650 wheelset. The Vittoria has enough bite for a dirt path, while rolling fast on the pavement

I bought these for a couple reasons. One I wanted a better rolling gravel tire which they do well and second I love the look of gum wall tires. They succeeded on both levels. State also shipped them very fast, absolutely no complaints.

They look great and roll fast on bumpy street roads. No issues with leakage so far!

Good tire for all around gravel, riding on fire roads and relatively dry conditions. Good side wall compliance in the corners didn’t wash out.

I bought the black sidewall model which does not say its tubeless ready on the tire. But after asking State Bicycle and mounting these tires, they do support tubeless.
Mounting was a bit tough but aired up easily. Mounted on 25mm inner rims, they measured exactly at 47c after 2 rides. Really do love these tires if you doing road/gravel/packed dirt they roll great for a larger tire. Can ride singletrack but dont push to hard or try power up climbs, there's a limit with grip.

These tires are the best for our “gravel road” mix of clay and sand. By adjusting tire pressure a few PSI it’s possible to ride both type surfaces without bogging down or rattling out my fillings.
