It's no mystery that the bike industry and gravel riders specifically are skeptical of taking their gravel rides too much closer to the vintage hardtail mountain bike days. I was one of them. Being completely honest, this thing rips. I wasn't sure how long I'd keep it on. Was just scratching a curiosity itch. I can safely say this thing is staying on the bike for a while.

I put this Fork on an 4130 All Road… let’s just say it’s easier to hop curbs and take a lick here and there. Terry Hershey’s and Buffalo Bayou’s Trails, here in Houston are my bitch now. There’s no terrain, thus far, that this Fork couldn’t handle.

Comparing this Fork to the stock fork I had on my Tr3k Marlin is not even close. I love the locking mechanism on this here Fork. Plus you can adjust the pressure with a regular air compressor rather than buying Bike Shock Pump. That’s a score as well.

Pairing this Fork and my 4130 All-Road was the way to go. I’m grateful I did.

Sidenote: This combo is so great, I gave away my Marlin *shrugs*

Have riden with this fork installed for many different rides. first ride used recommended air pressure , kept blowing through travel. next ride aired up ten psi, what a differance. loved it! this fork loves single track. For the price, cant beat it!

I bought the All-Road Suspension Gravel Fork specifically for the Chino Grinder race in northern AZ. I’d already done the race on both a stock 4130 All-Road and a stock 6061 All-Road. While each bike handled the course, it’s such a brutal ride that I wanted more comfort and control this year. So I fitted the suspension fork to my 6061 All-Road, and the difference was incredible! It handled washboard and chunky gravel with ease, boosting my confidence on descents and drastically reducing fatigue in my wrists, arms, and shoulders compared to previous years. At this price point, this fork is unbeatable for gravel riders looking for performance and comfort. Highly recommend!

Let me begin that I was a bit of skeptic and a traditionalist when it comes to gravel bike “accessories” like dropper posts and suspension forks. I added a PNW 100mm dropper, blew me away for riding “tech” on the drop bars but I expected that. Kept looking at the All Road 40mm gravel fork and finally pulled the trigger…why on earth did I wait so long!!! This fork woke my Salsa Warbird up! Somehow by even adding some lbs to my ride I pr’d 2 uphills? And of course set my fastest times on 3 of my favorite DJ sections. Highly recommend this fork if you want to put your toe into the sus world for gravel. Easy install, easy set up and I love the all black fork. Only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is I wish it had a little more adjustability but at half the price of the Fox and Rock Shox, I’ll take it!

A good deal for the price. Need some more seat time now that the weather is improving. Debating whether to take my 4130 or 6061 on Ragbrai this year.

The All Road is an amazing bike. The fork extends its capacity and comfort. The old expression, "It ain't the bike, it's the rider..." In my case the fork makes me a better rider by letting me concentrate on lines and technique without the damage that the terrain puts on my arms and shoulders. Still dialing in all the settings, etc., but after three months on this fork, I couldn't be happier.
Note: Be patient with the install. My LBS wouldn't touch it so plan ahead for an installation plan (buy the right tools and take your time). 100% worth the effort.
