i think the paint job helps to prevent rust but dont quote me.

There is really not much more that hasn't already been said about this chain. However the five stars are not just for the chain itself. The customer service of State Bicycles has been top notch! From the sites ease of use, to the the promptness of my delivery I have been very satisfied. Thank you!

Chain arrived faster than expected shipping date, was extremely easy to self install and it adds a pop of aggressive color to an already mean bike. I REALLY dig it.

Reliable no nonsense chain for the money. Masterlink included is easy to install and remove. You will still need a chain breaker to get it the right length for singlespeed/fixed bikes.
