Titanium Track

Ti Track — Titanium, Aero-Formed. Built to Outlive Everything Else in Your Garage.

The Titanium Difference: Most fixed-gears are aluminum or steel. This one's aero-formed titanium — a material that doesn't fatigue, corrode, or dent, and rides smoother than anything else in its class. Sandblasted finish, polished logos, zero paint to chip. This is the bike you stop upgrading from.

A Legacy Redefined: Introducing the Ti Track

Aero-Formed Titanium, Built to Last a Lifetime: This isn't off-the-shelf tubing. Every Ti Track frame is aero-formed by our production team, shaping each titanium tube for stiffness, ride quality, and a silhouette you won't find on any other frame on the market. It's a process most brands skip because it's slower and harder to get right — we do it because the result is a frame that rides like nothing else in this price range.

Revolutionary Frame and Fork Geometry: Responding to the growing demand for versatility in urban cycling, the featherweight titanium Ti Track with carbon fork now supports up to a 38c tire, opening up a world of possibilities for riders. Whether it's smooth tarmac, rugged city streets, or logging real miles on the road and track, the Ti Track is built for all of it — and built to still be doing it in twenty years. This is a timeless build, period.

Grade 9 Titanium Construction: The Ti Track steps up from aluminum with straight-gauge Grade 9 (3Al/2.5V) titanium main tubes, paired with Grade 5 (6Al/4V) titanium dropouts, BB, and headtube. Titanium doesn't fatigue, corrode, or rust the way alloy and steel do — this frame is built to outlast every component you'll ever bolt to it.

Vibration-Eating Ride Quality: Titanium has a natural ability to absorb road chatter and vibration that aluminum simply can't match, translating to a smoother, less fatiguing ride whether you're grinding out miles or hopping curbs. It's also nearly indestructible — titanium shrugs off dings, scratches, and the inevitable abuse of a crowded bike rack without denting or corroding. This is a frame you can actually live with.

Sandblasted Finish, Polished Logos: The Ti Track wears a raw sandblasted titanium finish with polished titanium logos — understated, timeless, and it'll look the same in ten years as it does today. No paint to chip. No decals to fade. Just titanium, aging the way it's supposed to.

Optimized 48x17 Ratio: Keeping in mind the urban cyclist's need for the perfect balance between speed and control, the 48x17 ratio offers enhanced performance and efficiency on city roads with unlimited skid patches for those still riding brakeless.

Sleek Internal Cable Routing: Beyond the clean aesthetics, the internal cable routing offers improved aerodynamics and protection from the elements, ensuring a smooth and dependable ride every time.

CNC'd 144BCD Chainring and Crank: Precision-engineered with CNC technology, the chainring and crank not only look stunning but also provide unrivaled strength and durability. At 144BCD, it allows for a wide variety of chainring options.

New Wider Wheels: The Ti Track boasts an updated rim measuring an impressive 19mm internal width laced to sealed-bearing hubs. This not only provides riders with more substantial clearance but also supports a broader range of tire sizes, accommodating up to the recommended maximum of 38c and beyond. Paired with stock Vittoria 30c tires for an optimal mix of comfort and speed.

Customizable Riding Experience: Choose between stylish, wide riser bars with Vans grips for a distinctive look and feel, or compact drop bars that promise comfort and swift transitions between hand positions.

Titanium, Without the Titanium Price Tag: Titanium bikes usually live in the $3,000+ range. The Ti Track brings that material — and the ride quality, durability, and timeless finish that come with it — down to an affordable price point. This is the most accessible way into a titanium frame, period.

FAQ

Rider-owned in Phoenix, AZ since 2009. 5-year frame warranty on steel, aluminum & titanium · most in-stock bikes ship in 1 business day · 4.8/5 from 16,000+ reviews.

How does my bike show up, and do I need a shop?

That depends on how you order it:

  • With Pro-Build (select models: $79.99, or $129.99 on Carbon Road). Our mechanics in Phoenix face the frame, set up and bleed the hydraulic brakes, index the drivetrain, cut the steerer to our stock length and torque-check everything before it goes in the box. That's the shop work that usually runs $150–$300 locally. You bolt on the bars, seatpost, front wheel and pedals, set your hoods and wrap your tape: about 20–30 minutes with a hex set and a torque wrench. Pro-Build adds a 1–2 week build queue.
  • Without Pro-Build. Your bike ships mostly assembled, but it needs a full assembly and tune by a professional mechanic before it's ride-ready. Carbon, titanium and AXS builds that skip Pro-Build arrive unassembled with an uncut steerer, so your shop can build them to your exact fit.

Either way, a professional build is safer, rides better, and unlocks our better warranty tier (see below).

How Pro-Build works · Find a shop near you

What does the warranty cover?

Every State bike comes with our Standard Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. No registration required.

  • Steel, aluminum & titanium frames and forks: 5 years
  • Carbon frames and forks: 1 year (2 years with ProBuild Advantage)
  • Non-consumable parts (cranks, wheels, hubs, bars, stem, seatpost, pedals): 1 year

Not covered: wear items (tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, grips, bar tape, saddles, spokes, paint), rust on RAW finishes, crash damage, and labor or shipping costs. Full warranty details

What is ProBuild Advantage, and how do I get it?

It's our "you did it right" warranty tier for bikes that were professionally assembled and registered within 30 days of delivery. You get everything in the Standard warranty, plus:

  • 2 years on carbon frames and forks, instead of 1
  • Priority claim review: ProBuild claims go to the front of the line
  • Faster help with shifting or braking issues, without the "did you tighten that bolt?" back-and-forth
  • Shipping perks on approved warranty replacement parts
  • Discounted pricing on a replacement frame or bike for up to 5 years from delivery, if a crash wins

To activate it: add Pro-Build when you order, or have a local shop assemble your bike and keep the receipt. Then register your bike within 30 days of delivery with your serial number (engraved under the bottom bracket shell) and proof of assembly. If you ordered Pro-Build, our mechanics already did the build. You just register.

When will my bike ship?

Most in-stock bikes ship within 1 business day, and you'll get tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Adding Pro-Build puts your bike in our build queue for 1–2 weeks before it ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your location and the size of your order, and bikes go out by UPS or FedEx Ground.

Outside the U.S.? We ship worldwide, and duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. Shipping policy

What if it's not right? Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Bikes need to be unused, in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: a return label fee is deducted ($45 for complete bikes), and original shipping isn't refundable.
  • Exchanges: issued as store credit. The return label fee applies here too.
  • Package Protection Plan (add it at checkout): covers loss and damage in transit, removes return label fees and deductions, and extends the window for exchanges and store credit to 60 days. Refunds stay at 30 days.

Pro-Build and other service work can't be refunded once it's done. Final sale, clearance and limited-run items can't be returned, and neither can international orders.

Start a return · Full return policy

Can I pay over time, or use HSA/FSA funds?

Yes. Financing with Bread Pay splits your bike into monthly payments, and you can pay it off early with no penalty (subject to credit approval). You may also be able to use pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars through Truemed. A short intake at checkout checks your eligibility, which depends on your plan. HSA/FSA guide

Which size do I need?

Geometry charts, size guides and full build specs for every model are on our Size Charts & Specs page. Between sizes, or running a tall stack or long stem? Get in touch before you order. Pro-Build cuts the steerer to our stock length, and that can't be undone.

Can I see one in person or get it built locally?

Use our dealer & shop locator to find a shop near you for a look in person, assembly or a tune-up.

Titanium is the real deal

The titanium track definitely lives up to the hype. Bike was shipped quickly and nearly perfect. Had a small scratch on the front carbon wheel but Seth with the support team immediately set me up with a new replacement and it came just a few days later. Been on multiple rides already and this thing handles like a dream!

Incredible!

Super sleek, stiff, and fun. This will be my main ride for the foreseeable future. Very nimble and incredibly fun to ride around in urban settings. Catch me around Chicago!

nice paradigm

i dropped it off at a LBS for some chain tweaking ( i live in some hills and wind and go 44/17) and staff noticed that a Ti fixed gear was a different animal. the ride is noticeably less jarring than my older 6061 Black Label and doesn't seem to have a loss in power transmission...hit the pedals and it 'wants' to go. perhaps Ti fixies/single speeds will take hold. i love it thus far.

Insane - do it

Don’t hesitate…this bike is legit. At a price that is not comparable to anything else, with a build quality that is top notch. I know you’re contemplating…don’t. Just do it.

Titanium Track 4.5 Stars

So let’s start with the positives. which fully reinforced my reasons for making this purchase. The guys at State Co. we’re friendly and expedited delivery, which came much sooner than anticipated 🙏🏽 Thank you gentlemen. I would definitely recommend you to other purchasers without reservation.

Moving on to the frame, the fit and finish left nothing to be desired. The geometry is perfect definitely meeting, if not exceeding, expectations. Additionally, it is light, which is an added plus. It’s not in the same league weightwise as my Scott Foil, however lighter than my training bike, which is an older tarmac SL5 with SRAM red components. That’s impressive!

The only things that prevented this from getting 5 stars are understandable given the price point having been in the market for titanium bikes. If you want to take advantage of the flip-flop hub, get your own free hub body. Sorry guys, had to ding you for that one. Additionally, possibly my fault, since I ordered drop a bar with the free hub (for double duty road and track use), I was expecting drop bar specific brake levers. Instead, it came with basic straight bar levers mounted close to the stem, which didn’t nearly match the exceptional quality of the rest of the bike. Also, like not a huge issue because most people would probably change it, the bike could’ve used a better seat post. I had a carbon one laying around, so it wasn’t a big deal.

What everyone wants to know, would I make this purchase again? Absolutely in a heartbeat. Nice bike, definitely recommend it and State CO
