Carbon Road – Panda Pearl - SRAM Rival 1x13 Aero Package

1x Aero Package. Full Carbon. Fully Wireless. $2,999.99.

Pearl white with raw carbon showing through on the downtube, headtube, and fork. The Panda Pearl 1x Aero Package pairs that finish with 13-speed SRAM Rival XPLR AXS, an exclusive aero crank you won't find anywhere else, and no front derailleur in the way. DT Swiss A1800 wheels standard. Upgrade to ENVE AR40 and you're at $3,999.99 — and in the same setup pro riders run in the Spring Classics.
Colorway: Panda Pearl
7638053650519

The Carbon Road in Panda Pearl is a pearl white finish with raw carbon deliberately left exposed on the downtube, headtube logos, and fork. It's not a detail — it's the design. The contrast between the white paint and the carbon weave makes clear exactly what this bike is made of, and why it rides the way it does.

The 1x Aero Package pairs that finish with a 13-speed SRAM Rival XPLR AXS drivetrain built around an exclusive aero crank developed with SRAM — only available at State Bicycle Co. No front derailleur. Around 150g lighter than the 2x build. One chainring, one battery, and a cleaner cockpit from the first ride.

The crank you can't buy anywhere else.
We worked directly with SRAM to spec a custom 48t aero crank for the Rival XPLR groupset — available exclusively through State Bicycle Co. The aero profile reduces drag, the 48t ring is optimized for road and mixed-surface riding, and it pairs perfectly with the 13-speed 10–46t cassette for a wide, seamless range without a front derailleur in the way. This is the same 1x aero setup pro riders are running in the Spring Classics — at a price that doesn't require a team sponsorship.

Platform Highlights

  • Panda Pearl Finish — Pearl white with exposed carbon on the downtube, headtube logos, and fork. The material is part of the look.
  • 1x Aero Package — ~150g lighter than 2x — No front derailleur, no FD cable, no extra weight. Cleaner lines, lower drag.
  • Exclusive SRAM Aero Crank — Custom 48t aero crank developed with SRAM.
  • Tire Clearance up to 32mm — Fast-rolling and practical for mixed-surface days and real-world training.
  • Fully Internal Cable Routing — Every cable disappears into the frame for a clean aesthetic and reduced drag.
  • T47 Threaded Bottom Bracket — Greater stiffness than press-fit, better bearing longevity, and straightforward home maintenance.
  • UDH-Compatible Derailleur Hanger — Future-proof and universally replaceable. No hunting for proprietary hangers.

The era of 175mm cranks and 46cm bars is over.
We worked with world-renowned bike fitters to spec each size the way a professional fitter actually would. Shorter cranks reduce hip impingement and improve power output. Narrower bars match real shoulder widths. The result is a cockpit and drivetrain that fits from the first ride — built into the bike, not bolted on as an afterthought.

FAQ

Rider-owned in Phoenix, AZ since 2009. 5-year frame warranty on steel, aluminum & titanium · most in-stock bikes ship in 1 business day · 4.8/5 from 16,000+ reviews.

How does my bike show up, and do I need a shop?

That depends on how you order it:

  • With Pro-Build (select models: $79.99, or $129.99 on Carbon Road). Our mechanics in Phoenix face the frame, set up and bleed the hydraulic brakes, index the drivetrain, cut the steerer to our stock length and torque-check everything before it goes in the box. That's the shop work that usually runs $150–$300 locally. You bolt on the bars, seatpost, front wheel and pedals, set your hoods and wrap your tape: about 20–30 minutes with a hex set and a torque wrench. Pro-Build adds a 1–2 week build queue.
  • Without Pro-Build. Your bike ships mostly assembled, but it needs a full assembly and tune by a professional mechanic before it's ride-ready. Carbon, titanium and AXS builds that skip Pro-Build arrive unassembled with an uncut steerer, so your shop can build them to your exact fit.

Either way, a professional build is safer, rides better, and unlocks our better warranty tier (see below).

How Pro-Build works · Find a shop near you

What does the warranty cover?

Every State bike comes with our Standard Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. No registration required.

  • Steel, aluminum & titanium frames and forks: 5 years
  • Carbon frames and forks: 1 year (2 years with ProBuild Advantage)
  • Non-consumable parts (cranks, wheels, hubs, bars, stem, seatpost, pedals): 1 year

Not covered: wear items (tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, grips, bar tape, saddles, spokes, paint), rust on RAW finishes, crash damage, and labor or shipping costs. Full warranty details

What is ProBuild Advantage, and how do I get it?

It's our "you did it right" warranty tier for bikes that were professionally assembled and registered within 30 days of delivery. You get everything in the Standard warranty, plus:

  • 2 years on carbon frames and forks, instead of 1
  • Priority claim review: ProBuild claims go to the front of the line
  • Faster help with shifting or braking issues, without the "did you tighten that bolt?" back-and-forth
  • Shipping perks on approved warranty replacement parts
  • Discounted pricing on a replacement frame or bike for up to 5 years from delivery, if a crash wins

To activate it: add Pro-Build when you order, or have a local shop assemble your bike and keep the receipt. Then register your bike within 30 days of delivery with your serial number (engraved under the bottom bracket shell) and proof of assembly. If you ordered Pro-Build, our mechanics already did the build. You just register.

When will my bike ship?

Most in-stock bikes ship within 1 business day, and you'll get tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Adding Pro-Build puts your bike in our build queue for 1–2 weeks before it ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your location and the size of your order, and bikes go out by UPS or FedEx Ground.

Outside the U.S.? We ship worldwide, and duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. Shipping policy

What if it's not right? Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Bikes need to be unused, in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: a return label fee is deducted ($45 for complete bikes), and original shipping isn't refundable.
  • Exchanges: issued as store credit. The return label fee applies here too.
  • Package Protection Plan (add it at checkout): covers loss and damage in transit, removes return label fees and deductions, and extends the window for exchanges and store credit to 60 days. Refunds stay at 30 days.

Pro-Build and other service work can't be refunded once it's done. Final sale, clearance and limited-run items can't be returned, and neither can international orders.

Start a return · Full return policy

Can I pay over time, or use HSA/FSA funds?

Yes. Financing with Bread Pay splits your bike into monthly payments, and you can pay it off early with no penalty (subject to credit approval). You may also be able to use pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars through Truemed. A short intake at checkout checks your eligibility, which depends on your plan. HSA/FSA guide

Which size do I need?

Geometry charts, size guides and full build specs for every model are on our Size Charts & Specs page. Between sizes, or running a tall stack or long stem? Get in touch before you order. Pro-Build cuts the steerer to our stock length, and that can't be undone.

Can I see one in person or get it built locally?

Use our dealer & shop locator to find a shop near you for a look in person, assembly or a tune-up.

Something arrived damaged or missing?
