State Bicycle Co. 4130 All-Road - Black Canyon (650b / 700c)
First listed in 2021 and retired in December 2025, the 4130 All-Road in Black Canyon was State Bicycle Co.'s steel take on gravel. Its 4130 chromoly frame and fork used thru-axles, with two bottle mounts plus rack and fender mounts on the frame and five sets of mounts on the fork for bottles, accessories, fenders, or racks. Wheel choice set the personality: 700c wheels with slick 38mm Vittoria Terreno Zero tires, or 650b wheels with knobby 2.1-inch Vittoria Barzo tires. It shifted through a 1x11 All-Road 1 drivetrain with an 11-42t cassette, stopped with All-Road 1 flat-mount disc brakes, and came with platform pedals.
