Activity & Conduct: State Bicycle Co. encourages you to share comments, photos, videos, and links where appropriate. However, any ambassador who posts or comments that are inappropriate, offensive, commercial in nature, or that otherwise violate the State Bicycle Co. Terms of Use will be terminated. Users are required to be active in the program. If a user is deemed to be inactive he/she may receive a warning or be removed. State Bicycle Co. reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time upon notification at our sole discretion. AMBASSADORS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FROM POSTING THEIR REFERRAL LINKS AND DISCOUNT CODES TO ANY STATE BICYCLE CO. OWNED SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages.
Safety & Compliance: Ambassadors are required to obey and comply with all local laws and regulations in the creation of content. State Bicycle Co. assumes no liability for any injury or death that results in a user being involved with the State Bicycle Co. ambassador program.
Your License to State Bicycle Co.: Any communications or material of any kind that you e-mail, post, or transmit through State Bicycle Co.’s Ambassador Program, Brand Champ, and social media channels, including questions, comments, suggestions, and other data and information will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting, you grant State Bicycle Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, world-wide, irrevocable license to reproduce, transmit, display, disclose, and otherwise use your communications. State Bicycle Co. will, wherever possible, provide appropriate credits for images and videos. Any content submitted is subject to State Bicycle Co.’s Basic Terms of Use, as outlined above.
Termination: State Bicycle Co. reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time upon notification at our sole discretion. Upon termination, users are subject to forfeiture of all benefits, discounts, rewards, and points accumulated over the course of their participation in the program. State Bicycle Co. also reserves the right to revoke points earned if we believe they were earned through coupon spamming, leaked codes to discount sites and/or browser extensions, or for any other reason deemed to be illegitimate referrals.
Basic Terms: All users must comply with the Terms of Use of the respective site(s): Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Picasa, Vimeo, Instagram, and YouTube. State Bicycle Co. actively monitors posts on all of these social media channels and will respond to visitor questions whenever possible. State Bicycle Co. may, at its discretion, remove content that violates the terms of use. These include, but are not limited to: posting content that seeks to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; publishing, posting, distributing, or disseminating any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading, or unlawful material or information; posting content that is promotional or commercial in nature and/or not relevant to visitors (at State Bicycle Co.’s sole discretion); posting excessively; uploading or attaching files that contain software or other material for which you do not own or have the express right to use; uploading or attaching files that contain viruses, corrupted files, spyware, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer; deleting any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded; falsifying the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
