First Look 👀 : Titanium Track
This is the first titanium track bike we've ever made.
We've been building fixed gears and track bikes for more than 15 years. Steel, aluminum, carbon — a long list of frames, a lot of miles, a lot of skid patches. Titanium was always the one material we hadn't done. Now we have.
This isn't just another model in the lineup. It's the track bike we've wanted to make for a long time.

The Frame Is the Story
The main tubes are Grade 9 (3Al/2.5V) titanium with roughly a 0.9mm wall. But we didn't stop at standard round titanium tubing. We take those tubes and form them into aerodynamic teardrop profiles — which gives the Ti Track a far more modern, performance-oriented look than the round-tube titanium bikes most people picture.
Forming titanium that thin into those shapes is hard to get right. It's a big part of what makes this frame what it is.
Where the loads are highest — the dropouts, bottom bracket, and head tube — we step up to Grade 5 (6Al/4V) titanium. And a lot of what's going on here doesn't show from a wide shot. Get close: the tube profiles, the welds, the transitions, the dropouts. That's where this frame earns it.
Shaped Grade 9 main tubes. Grade 5 where it counts.
Why Titanium
Track bikes and fixed gears get ridden hard. Rough pavement, crowded bike racks, tossed in the back of a car, packed for a trip, sprinted out of every light. That's the life of these bikes, and it's exactly where titanium makes sense.
It's light, it's durable, it doesn't corrode, and it rides differently than a big oversized aluminum track frame. Still responsive when you stand on it — but it takes a lot of the harshness out of broken city pavement.
Titanium isn't invincible. What it does is hold up and age really well. This is a frame you can own and ride for a very long time.
Raw Finish, Nothing to Chip
Sandblasted raw titanium with polished titanium logos. No paint to chip. No decals to peel or fade. Normal wear just becomes part of the bike instead of making it look beat up — it should look just as good five or ten years from now.
It's also about the best blank canvas there is for a custom build. More on that below.

Full Carbon Up Front
The Ti Track runs a full carbon fork with a full carbon steerer and a tapered front end. It keeps weight down and gives the front of the bike a precise, planted feel.
It also looks right. Matte black carbon against raw titanium keeps the bike modern — this isn't a retro titanium build, and it doesn't try to be.
A Track Bike First — But Not Only
It's a track bike at heart. But we didn't want something so narrowly focused it only makes sense on a velodrome.
- Fixed or free — flip-flop rear hub, so you can ride fixed or single speed
- Brake routing — internal cable routing if you're riding it on the street
- Drop bars — a fast road / track crossover feel
- Riser bars — a seriously premium city and street bike
Whichever way you set it up, it keeps the simplicity that makes track bikes fun in the first place.

Room for Real Tires
The official recommended max is 700 x 35c. Some bigger combinations may physically fit, but rims and tires vary — 35c is what we stand behind.
That gives you a lot of range. Run something narrow for that classic, fast track-bike feel. Run 30–35c for rough streets and everyday riding. That clearance is a big part of why this frame is so much more usable than a traditional track-only frame.
The Stock Build
We didn't want the complete to feel like a great frame surrounded by parts you immediately need to replace. Buy it, ride it, and be happy with it as-is.
- 48x17 gearing — a balanced ratio for city riding, with plenty of skid patches for those riding brakeless
- 144 BCD CNC-machined crank and chainring — the track standard, so chainring options are endless
- Black Label Mid Profile wheels — 30mm deep, 19mm internal width, sealed bearing hubs
- Vittoria 30c tires
- Internal brake cable routing, front and rear caliper brakes included
- Drop or riser bar — your call

Sizing
- 49 cm — Riders 5'1" – 5'5"
- 52 cm — Riders 5'4" – 5'9"
- 55 cm — Riders 5'8" – 5'11"
- 58 cm — Riders 5'10" – 6'2"
- 61 cm — Riders 6'1" – 6'5"
Sizes overlap on purpose. Between two? The smaller size rides quicker and more compact; the larger one stretches you out.
