At the 2016 Interbike Tradeshow, State Bicycle Co. displayed glimpses of the new Simpsons collection that will be coming soon for consumer purchase. Though not much has been revealed about production and availability, we know that there will be three different complete bikes. The frames include the iconic colors and design of the classic cartoon.

TEMPE, Ariz. (BRAIN) — State Bicycle Co. has opened a new concept store, State Rideshop. The full-service bike, skateboard and repair shop is located in the company's hometown of Tempe, Arizona, outside of Phoenix.
Tempe-based bicycle company State Bicycle Co., whose bikes are sold in more than 50 countries, has opened a full-service bike, skateboard and repair shop near Arizona State University.
But the duo had never intended to set up a brick-and-mortar store. Until now, State Bicycle’s stock was sold online and through a network of 350 retailers. If they were going to open their own store, Ferguson reasoned, the place would have to be noticeably different from other bike shops.
It doesn’t get more “classic” that the annual Eroica California ride and the slew of vintage rides that come with it. This year State Bicycle sent Alex Steadman to take on the 80+ miles on on of their Retro Re-issue rides styled as a pre 1987 single speed.
Why / How did you start your business in the bicycle industry?We started in 2009 and at that time, it was so difficult to find a nice single-speed/fixed-gear that was affordable AND high-quality. We set out to make the best bicycle we could for an affordable price. We wanted to offer a bike that our customers were PROUD to own and ride, without costing a ton of money.
