**Note: sizing runs small -- order a size up** I usually wear a mens L but had to return and get the XL which fits better but is still not extra roomy or baggy - fits just right. I have been wearing it over a hoodie on our Tuesday night group rides. I have been getting lots of compliments on how awesomely reflective it is. It's odd, when you are wearing it you can't really see it reflecting but apparently others viewing you say it is quite impressive. I plan to wear it on every night ride.

I was super excited when I bought this for commuting at night to work.
The large was too small and the XXL wasn’t much bigger.
I tried to return it do to it not fitting and it’s not eligible for returns.
So now I’m out 90$ plus the shipping, for something I wil never even get to enjoy.

I’ve had this jacket for a few weeks now and I love it.

The Pros:
It feels like good quality and has been awesome in all weather conditions.
I feel comparatively to other brands in this price range, this jacket has an edge with quality- it does not feel cheap and feels like it will last a long time.

The reflective component is nice for riding at night.
I get lots of compliments on the styling.
It’s very comfortable.

The cons:
Really just the sizing, which I can’t say is even really a con. Like every other piece of clothing I have from State, I just had to size up. A good rule of thumb is to go up 1-2 sizes.
No pockets, but again, it’s not really a huge deal to me. I’m more concerned about being weather/wind proof and standing out to cars, which are all bases that are covered by this jacket.

Goodness me. This jacket takes "getting lit" to a whole new level. Keep in mind that this is a light jacket, in both weight and warmth. The nice thing though is that it can also be worn as the final layer in the wintertime while performing its final function, which is a dramatic increase in visibility.

Simply put? This is a wonderful addition to your coat stable.

Love this Jacket. It is so visible night riding, friends are blown away. Performance wise it sits between a rain jacket and light windbreaker, the fit is a lil short in my arms, and baggy around the waist, sits long enough, so at 6,3 190 it is perf as an outer layer for cold rides. Ive washed and dryed it about 10 times and the logo's are kinda showing wear so feeling like if you hang dry they would last longer. But the reflective material is still as vibrant as day one. This is a must have piece of ride wear.

This jacket slaps hard. Dim to the eye but blinds cars three blocks away. Good water resistance to make sure you’re only dripping in steez. Shine brighter than all the haters thanks to State..

Awesome for layering to block wind and dampness. If a vehicle misses seeing you with this on they need their eyes checked! Great job state on making a quality piece of clothing!

I love the hood, I love the visibility! Quality, not so much, the zipper broke almost immediately.

I love it, super reflective and super light. I originally assumed I would be wearing a hoodie under it as it gets colder here in NYC, but a T and a flannel are plenty warm under this thing so far. I would normally wear a medium, but since all the reviews said get a size up I ordered the large. The large fits perfectly so yeah, order a size up. It looks pretty cool as well, so there's that.
