I am posting this revies of the excellent "Relax" SBC sticker, even though my 5-star review of the Klunker has yet to be posted. If your customers take the time to provide public feedback on you product, you owe them the courtesy of sharing that feedback. The whole "Hey, review our product / your experience!" is an imposition of which I grow ever more weary.

Sometimes fixing bikes could be stressful, now I just check at this sticker, calm down, take a deep breath an relax… is just bikes! Being at the workshop is about having fun fixing bikes… thanks State for reminding this!

A, the customer service has been way above bar! I was torn between two bikes and they were happy to chat and send some specs over to help. B) the bike is crisp! Really enjoying the ride. Right out the box, it’s been a stellar experience.
