perfect cages

heres a fun fact i researched for no reason, a (very popular) competitor sells large cargo cages in plastic nylon which weigh 150g and hold around 7lb. These desert cages weigh 168g and hold up to 25lb. your average pair of socks weighs around 50g. Having an extra pair of socks in your frame bag would be 3x as heavy as the difference between a plastic and metal bottle cage. These things are gonna last me a lifetime and just look so sick. thank you State!

Solid fork cages

I missed the part about this product being metal which makes it a little heavier than other products like it but with that you really could strap some 48oz Nalgene bottles one on each side and they would not move and you won’t have to worry about them falling off. The lower lip is solid metal and wouldn’t let anything slip by. These could really hold some weight if you needed them too. If you’re looking for light weight cages these may not be your best choice but if you want hefty durable solid cages these are probably your best choice. Neat cactus design in there too.

Not perfect but close.

Nothing major but the right crank arm bolt was not torqued and loosened on a ride. Also, the brake pads sucked. I swapped them out with Shimano pads and all is good. Should not have to do that though. Great bike, a little heavy but room for lightening up. Wish the forks would accommodate a bigger 700c tire but with 650B wheel set we're good. Amazingly it climbs fairly well for a bike on the heavy side. Descends really well.

Amazing cargo cage!

Already held up great and looks so nice. Get the straps even if you have some. Always great to have extra and combo deal is worth it. Held everything from yeti, igloo, small watermelon, camping chair. Thanks state bicycle company for an excellent product. I should have bought two. Haha

Sturdy Cargo Cages

These are super solid and adjustable. I was worried the edges might be sharp, but they're dull enough that I'm not concerned about my skin or straps. Versatile and pretty light, too. I mounted insulated bottles for some serious cold-water carrying capacity.

Solid Cage

Exactly as advertised. Price is right. They are sturdy. Just a little heavy but that doesn’t bother me.
