Wrong Valves

I ordered these valves. I received WTB valves and for the life of me I cannot get the tire to stop leaking right under the valve stem. Retaped the wheel twice. Everything looks great. Both valves leak and they did not come with the rubber “washer” that is pictured on the valves above….the item I ordered.

At this point, I’ll go to Walmart and buy a tube.
