How does the 12 Days of State Sale work exactly?
State Bicycle Co. will be running a different 24-hour sale each and every day, for 12 consecutive days, beginning on Tuesday, December 3rd. Each day's sale will be posted on www.statebicycle.com at approximately *10:00 A.M. (MST). Discounts will either be automatically applied or require a coupon code at checkout.
*Sale will be posted as close to 10:00 A.M. (MST) as possible.
When should I place my order to guarantee timely delivery before the holidays?
For continental U.S. orders, before or on Tuseday, December 17th. For any other location, please contact us and we can do our best to provide an estimate. Expedited shipping may be available, as well. Contact us for a quote.
What is your return policy during the Holiday Sales?
Please refer to our General Return Policy. However, all Mystery Bike Sale purchases are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (unless we send the wrong size or the bicycle is damaged of course).
- All other coupons and promotions - not valid on 12 Days of State Daily Deals or Mystery Bikes Purchases
- Discounts cannot be combined
- Discounts cannot be applied towards Clearance/Warehouse Deals items
- Any products purchased previously to the 2019 Holiday Sale will not be honored for the sale price.
- Holiday Sales are available exclusively online through StateBicycle.com, StateBicycle.co.uk, and StateBicycle.eu or at the discretion of Authorized Retail Partners
- E-Vouchers will be emailed to the email address used to place the original order within 1-2 hours of purchase.
- E-Vouchers are 1-time use codes - meaning they do not carry a balance.
- E-Vouchers are only valid on www.statebicycle.com
- E-Vouchers can not be combined with any other discount code or offer
- E-Vouchers are not valid on "Warehouse Deal", "Clearance", "Daily Deals", or "Mystery Bike" items.
- E-Vouchers can not be re-issued - please keep track of your code and do not lose it.
- No minimum purchase is required when using an e-voucher
- E-Vouchers do not expire
