- E-Vouchers will be emailed to the email address used to place the original order within 1-2 hours of purchase.
- E-Vouchers are 1-time use codes - meaning they do not carry a balance.
- E-Vouchers are only valid on www.statebicycle.com
- E-Vouchers can not be combined with any other discount code or offer
- E-Vouchers are not valid on "Warehouse Deal", "Clearance", "Daily Deals", certain "3rd Party Items (ie Thousand Helmets , Wolftooth, and Hand Up Products", and "Mystery Bike" items.
- E-Vouchers can not be re-issued - please keep track of your code and do not lose it.
- No minimum purchase is required when using an e-voucher
- E-Vouchers do not expire
- If you do not receive your e-voucher - please allow 1-2 hours for receipt, check your SPAM and PROMO email folders. If you still have questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

- Orders financed Bread or Split-Pay programs are not eligible for any promotions.
- BOGO Deals and Other Discounts are not valid on 3rd Party Items (ie Thousand Helmets , Wolftooth, and Hand Up Products", and "Mystery Bike" items.)
- FREE SHIPPING PROMOS only apply to the Continental (Lower 48) United States and can not be retroactively applied.
When should I place my order to guarantee timely delivery before the holidays?
Due to unusual circumstances of 2020 and unprecedented shipping volumes, carriers like FedEx and USPS are unable to guarantee transit times. For in stock items we generally recommend allowing up to 7 business days of transit time in advance for East Coast orders, and at least 4 business days for orders on the West Coast. Please note many of the items are on pre-order / reservation and we will do our best to get your packages to you as quickly as possible but all shipping times should be considered estimated, and not guaranteed.
What is your return policy during the Holiday Sales?
Please refer to our General Return Policy.
- Orders using codes a "Holiday" prefix are subject to a partial refund or refund refusal if the corresponding "e-voucher" is used:
- Example 1: Order X results in free $100 e-voucher, Order Y places using the $100 e-Voucher then Order X is canceled - Order X would be refunded, less $100 due to the e-voucher redemption.
- Example 2: Order results in an e-voucher, Order is then canceled, and the e-voucher is NOT redeemed. This Order can receive a refund and the e-voucher will be voided.
- Example 3: Order is placed USING and e-Voucher, then cancelled - refund can be given for the total amount LESS the e-voucher discount. E-Voucher would no be re-issued .
