As an ex-bike mechanic I just had to build up myself, but everyone should just go get the full build. It is a screaming deal. Bike is fast and stable, but comfortable as well. Full build came to 16.8 lbs. Unique in my part of the woods and get a lot of people asking about it. I paired with their carbon handle bar, which is very nice as well. Not overly harsh, as some can be. Running 12-speed 105 Di2—battery binder for seat tube is included, btw.

The photos on website do not do the frame justice, the white is an incredible deep pearl and the head badge and downtube graphics, are not decals, they are clear coat over the raw carbon, then matches the raw carbon of the fork. A black fork is so class, used to be the standard back in the day.

A few niggles, that I suppose most people will have their mechanic sort, but leaving this info for potential other builders and shops. There we a lot of extra parts for the headset, I used the black with two spacers. I connected with the support team at State (great by the way) as asked about torque specs, specifically for the handle bar and saddle rails, they didn't seem to have any, and to go by "Park Tool website." Seatpost binder clamp and wheels torque are labeled on the frame. There is an intentional lip inside the seat tube, it is to keep from hitting internals as the frame shape tapers. You may or may not need to trim the seatpost to accomodate, but I needed to trim about 1-cm. Lastly, the UDH hanger was not torqued only hand tight, make sure to set to correct torque, it need to be aligned as well, which is very common to need to do this—most people probably don't know this and talk special tools(aka expensive$$$), so go to a bike shop if you don't know what your doing. I've seen some other reviews from people, it really isn't State's responsibility to warrantee your botched work.
