Our headset caps are manufactured using an advanced, proprietary printing method. They offer excellent resistance to various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind, as well as UV resistance. These caps are perfectly sized to fit 1 1/8" headsets and have a diameter of 1 1/4" (32mm), which is the standard size found on most contemporary bicycles. The design features a flat top and each cap has a lightweight feel at just 6 grams.
