Amazing customer service

I ordered a couple of items for my husband for Christmas - and I'll admit, I was cutting it close to the order deadline to have it under the tree in time. When my items arrived, I noticed one of the items that was sent was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and they IMMEDIATELY had the correct item shipped and it arrived in time for Christmas.

Customer service aside - my husband who has both an affinity for cats and curse words absolutely loved all of his RIPNDIP "FU" cat items! They are hilarious and fit on his gravel bike perfectly!
