I purchased these last week received them a couple days later. Took them to the local bike shop to them installed and I’m very happy with my purchase. I don’t even hear that irritating braking noise that my previous ones would make. If you’re in the fence about it do yourself a favor and pull the trigger, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a great price for both front and rear and they even look tougher. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏽👍🏽

Used these to replace some older Shimano brakes that were on a Cervelo C3 I recently built up. I got the frame for cheap and was planning to use all spare parts to finish the build, but the Shimano brake calipers weren't working well enough. I've been a fan of SBC for awhile (I've had 2 fixed gears from them over the last decade that are still going strong) and thought I'd give these brakes a chance. I paired them with the SBC brake/shift levers and they're working great. I've put about 200 miles on them so far and they've worked perfectly. Everything a bike part should be: easy to install, easy to adjust, they work well. I wish I would've ordered them during Black Friday, but even at full price they're worth the $$$

A real upgrade from my stock cable disk brakes. No dragging sound, less pressure to engage and brake, plus look nice.

I've ridden less than 10 miles on them but so far so good and I'm glad to have the extra stopping power. I'm told the pads having metal in them too which also improves the stopping distance. The cable housing was swapped out with compressionless housing and that helped the original brakes improve but... the new brakes are much better.

I'm a heavier rider and these brakes are so much better than the original mechanical brakes. Great product for the price overall. Had the stripped bolt issue everyone talked about, but was able to mount to the original adapter with the original screws. State is aware of this issue and hopefully future shipments won't have this problem. I still like these brakes though and they were super easy to install and adjust!
