The packaging could be a bit more robust. The rim bead black blast finish is finish robust but there were nicks in the rim finish improvement should be implemented in the packaging 4 stars

Staff was super helpful. I ordered the wrong tires for my bike. The associates swapped out the wrong ones and installed the right ones. I had gone to a bike shop previously and they stated it would be at least a month to be fixed. I ride my bicycle to work so it was a life saver. Thank you!

Shipping took a little longer than originally scheduled, but for legitimate reasons and customer service rep was good about explaining the delay and keeping me updated.

I’ve put about 100 miles on it so far, and the bike is everything I’d hoped it would be. Solid braking, smooth shifting, and the 650b Barzos eat up the gravel without feeling too sluggish on the pavement. I kind of wish I had upgraded the saddle at checkout because the standard one leaves me a bit sore after longer rides. Overall, a great bike at great price!

I've had the 6061 All-Road for a year now and have solely been running these wheels on it. I've done two AZ gravel races (Chino and Bear Howard), countless gravel rides and even more road races and rides. All together there are now 5,500 miles on these wheel now. after 3,000-4,000 miles I had to replace a spoke on the rear wheel and have had to do so twice more after that. Have also had to deal with sealant leaking through the nipples even after retaping the rims. Keep in mind this was after a few thousand miles including several hard races and putting these wheels to the ultimate test.
Overall these are definitely worth it if you are looking for a solid wheelset that won't break the bank, just know that all good things must come to and end.

Seems like a rock-solid wheelset. Haven’t tested them out yet, but they were perfectly true out of the box. Rotors and cassette mounted without any issues. I’ll be setting them up tubeless with 38s on a gravel bike, should be a good combo.
